Directions
Cooking Instruction: For food quality, follow these heating instructions. Since cooking appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Microwave cooking times vary based on wattage. Do not refreeze after thawing. No need to thaw, vegetable can be cooked from frozen. Microwave: Put the edamame in a glass bowl with a small amount of water. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 2 minutes or until tender. Microwave dishes may become hot during cooking. Handle with care. Cool prior to serving. Stove Top: Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil, add the edamame in small handfuls at a time, boil for about 4-5 minutes, and drain the edamame. Cool prior to serving. Caution: Product will be hot.
